    On Saturday, the 15th of October, BANKO received an alarming call from Tunisia: Elena Kozitsyna, head of the accepting party ‘Cartage Plus’ announced that clients of the fallen through ‘Premier’ company are situated in Tunisia and the prospects of their return flight to Russia are yet unknown.
   ‘… On Tunisian territory there are clients who have not got their return tickets in their hands. The return dates are 10/16, 10/20, 10/23, 10/27. ‘Cartage Plus’ accommodates clients who have no tickets for the following dates: 10/16 (58 people) and 10/23 (6 people), but according to unconfirmed information, ‘Concept Voyage’ company who is an accepting party of ‘Premier’ in Tunisia, also accepts clients who have no returns for the dates 10/20 and 10/27. ‘Premier’ company declined all responsibility for resolving the problem with returning tourists from Tunisia.
   Only yesterday, 10/14 at 23:00 Moscow time the representatives of ‘Premier’ confirmed their responsibility for returning their clients on the 10/16. However, today, 10/15 it was found out that ‘Premier’ will not provide air tickets for the date and it hands over the problem to agencies and tourists themselves. According to the phone conversation with Mikhail Vasin, a ‘UTE Megapolus’ representative, I have received a confirmation that tourists will be transported back on the 10/16 without any additional financing from agencies or tourists. This way, tomorrow 58 tourists who were on their holidays will be sent to Moscow with a voucher from ‘Cartage Plus’ and without tickets in hands.    Meanwhile, in Tunisia there are still tourists without tickets whose departure dates are 10/20, 10/23, 10/27. As I was told, ‘Premier’ advises agencies to make another purchase of air tickets from ‘UTE Megapolus’. Because our company, Tunisian office and Moscow representative office negotiate by telephone, I know for sure that some agencies are not aware of the misfortune their tourists are facing at the moment. I would like to inform as many agencies as it is possible so that they could take necessary precautions.
   Practical recommendation:
   - Concerning questions of acquiring return tickets for 10/20, 10/23, 10/27, please contact Mikhail Vasin, ‘UTE Megapolus’ representative, the direct phone number is +7 (095) 786-9996;
   - Concerning questions of other ways of transportation of tourists (land transport) who are on holidays with ‘Cartage Plus’ voucher, please contact Albert Korchagin, a Moscow representative of ‘Cortage Plus’ company: +79262150480.

   I want to bring into focus that as a head of an accepting party who takes care of ‘Premier’s tourists, I do not have any written confirmation from the latter stating any intentions of the company. All announcements of ‘Premier’s representatives for ‘Cartage Plus’ company are made during a conversation!
   To conclude, I would like to express my support for everyone who was affected by the misfortune and wish everyone to resolve the situation with the least loses from all parties…’
