On October 27 the last transfer of 'Premier's tourists is to take place. We remind that accepting partner of the operator, 'Carthage Plus' company took care of their accommodation. According to Elena Kozitsyna, head of 'Carthage', on Thursday 7 remaining tourists will return to Moscow by UTE flight. At the moment they are staying at their hotels.
BANKO IS reporter also tried to уточнить with Ms. Kozitsyna how much money 'Premier' owes her company. The necessity of this arose after declaration by Olga Rybina, 'Premier's chief executive, appeared on www.tourdom.ru website. Ms. Rybina expressed her disagreement with the supposed debt size of tens of thousands of dollars named on BANKO News. She said that the real sum does not exceed $2,000. Meanwhile Elena Kozitsyna still refused to name the sum. 'I will discuss that with one man only – Albert Potapov,' said Ms.Kozitsyna to BANKO reporter.
Nevertheless, in the evening of October 25 Olga Rybina contacted BANKO and informed that debt to 'Carthage' equals $4,000, disproving her own words. 'Though we really owe the money to clients for whom we didn't pay in time, and also to agents, and not to the accepting party. I am sorry for the tourists the most,' added 'Premier's chief executive. According to her, 'Carthage' demanded money from clients who suffered. If they refused to pay, accepting party turned to travel companies. Thus 'Premier's accepting partners suffered financially less than many agents of the operator, and the ‘last’ ones in that story are consolidators of flights to Tunisia, UTE Megapolus group and VAO ‘Intourist’.
