'The black list' is almost compiled

    According to an article of Gerald Tribune, in Strasburg a voting of representatives of 25 countries of the European Union for ‘the black list’ of airline companies will take place. The black list will be compiled of plane which do not correspond t the international safety standards and therefore forbidden from flights in the EU. (see news as of the 7th of September). To find it out, European committee is planning to develop an algorithm of evaluation of non-security parameters of airline companies. It is kept in secret at the moment.
   From their side, Russian airline companies are convinced they will receive a ‘pass’ mark. ‘Russian airline companies have never been in a black list. In Europe there are only those to follow the strict conditions and correspond to all norms, for example, noise, ecologic and technical standards’, says, for example, Sergey Byikhal, PR director of ‘Transaero’. Yet at the moment it is not clear whether the European committee has the same opinion and is planning to accept all planes used by Russia as good enough for flights in the EU countries.
   The compilation of the black list of carriers neither scare Russian travel market players. For example, Mikhail Musinyants, general director of ‘Ercog’ believes that in case of distrust of the EU to one of the airline company, it is not difficult to substitute it. ‘Operators should not be worried by the problem’, comments Mr. Musiyanc. Large firms try to work with reliable airline companies who already proved their credibility on the international market.
