Director of ‘Travel Bureau Orient’, Anatolyi Gusev, said: ‘Anapa and Gelendgik were widely presented. We also noticed the increased interest in the exhibition in Sochi. There we could contact with 80% of our partners. But it is evident that so many exhibitions are not convenient for travel companies, although, I think, that most of them will participate in exhibitions in Anapa and Gelendgik’. Irina Savelieva, the Head of RVB-Alean agrees: ‘At the exhibition in Sochi, the number of exhibitors from Anapa and Gelendgik was quite big. But we will anyway go to their exhibitions’.
The exhibition in Sochi was also marked with the increased interest from travel companies from the Crimea. 'I suppose, they came to monitor the prices', said the Head of Multitour, Alexey Visokanov. As for the exhibition in Yalta, this year it is held in March. According to Russian touroperators, it is quite inconvenient as by this time catalogues for MITT exhibition should be published.
