   Representatives of ‘Tourists’ Right Protection Club’ were answering the questions of participants of the forum at professional tourist portal until 6 o’clock yesterday. But they could not pay attention to all the questions asked within on-line session ‘TURISTPRAV: crime ad punishment’. Dmitryi Davidenko, President of ‘Tourist Right Protection Club’, Executive Director of the National Foreign Affairs Civil Council, and Roman Bobilev, General Director of the ‘Club’, Director of the Bar ‘Right protection league’ were the experts of the on-line session where the main questions were: why does the organization protect tourists’ rights in such an aggressive way? What measures are taken to protect the rights? How important are travel agencies in the tourists’ right protection process?
   Thus, one of the forum participants asked: ‘For example, clients go to the court because there were 5-10 minute blackouts in the hotel during the day and claim a full refund of their tour while other tourists enjoyed there holiday and even did not notice the blackouts. What does the law say?' Roman Bobilev replied: ‘In such case it is necessary to evaluate the damage. Electricity problems can not be evaluated even at $100. Therefore material damage can not be proved’.
