    'After three months of 2006 the Domodedovo Airport was addmitted the leading airport with the highest passanger flow', reported Domodedovo Press Service. From January to March 2006 the passanger flow was 2, 749 000 that is 17,2 % more than for the corresponding period in 2005. Russian tour operators interviewed by a BANKO correspondent are in general satisfied with the work of the airport. Thus, Tatiana Sergeeva, General Director Deputy of CAPITAL TOUR, and Gelman Gadzhiev, the Head of Charter Department of Detour, pointed out that the airport operates flawlessly, that there are no complains from their clients. However, some experts emphasized some weak points of the work of Domodedovo. For example, Representative of Erzog travel company Dmitry shirokov, outlined the problems of the peak season: 'On January 2nd 1, 000 passangers had to crowd at the airport - because of the weather in Austria many flights to the destination were delayed'.
   A BANKO correspondent contacted the Domodedovo Airport for details. The Press Service of the Airport said that they cope with the tourist flow at peak dates, while the situation with delayed flights due to bad weather can not be considered the problem of the airport.
   Furthermore, General Director Deputy of Ascent Travel, Andrey Zabolotskyukh, added one more weak point of Domodedovo: long queues to the passport control section at peak dates. 'In the nearest time we plan to opewn 20 registration desks more that is imed to solve the problem', commented the Domodedovo Press Servive.
