Yet the representative of the company, in its turn, told BANKO that the company presented to Rostourism all requested documents and have not received a notification yet. ‘The notification about the suspended activity was not yet issued following the examination, we have not received an official document on this issue. That is why we are working as usually, and it did not affect our tourists’, noted Andrey Melshiyan, senior manager of ‘Holiday M’.
Theoretically, the travel firm is not risking anything. ‘Before receiving the official notification they have a right to work. If Rostourism has no proofs that the document was brought to the notice of the company even in case of second examination it is not possible to enforce any penalties’, - says Ekaterina Bulyigina, lawyer of ‘Persona grata’.
