   Passions boiled over in the main virtual travel-house throughout last week, as its current news team correspondents published on www.tourdom.ru daily reports on the latest events surrounding the suspension of activities by ‘Premier’. Forum participants shared their opinions and versions of the events. Thanks to the appearance of the English version of the news page, many foreign partners of Russian companies were able to get reliable information about the events that agitate Russia’s travel business community.
   On Friday, our Smoking Room was visited by Phone Bully who played a trick on managers of UTS, EuroExpo, RUSADVENTURE and MIBS Travel Organization. One of BANKO editorial staff writers, who introduced herself as the secretary of a big boss who urgently wanted to go to the winter Olympics, asked them to quickly make up a tour for her. After the hoax was over, professional psychologist Elena Dvoryanchikova made an express analysis of managers’ replies and named the winner – the best one was Irina from EuroExpo.
   During the next working week we will continue to follow up the events surrounding ‘Premier’ – its General Director has promised to turn up at work and meet travel agencies and BANKO reporters. There is a chance that the new hope of all travel firms’ management, Phone Bully, will appear on air again to test managers’ skills in dealing with difficult customers.
