Premier is waiting for a verdict

On October 27th, BANKO correspondent managed to get in touch with an officer from Economic Crime Department (ECD) of Moscow’s UVD who wished to remain anonymous. The officer said at the time the department was trying to determine reasons for non-fulfillment of obligations by Premier Travel Service and find out whether there was fraud in this case. Curiously enough but according to the officer, the head of Premier had never called or appeared in police. Meanwhile, as it was mentioned by BANKO in their previous news releases, Olga Rybina, the company's Executive Director, asserted that Mr. Potapov had been negotiating with UVD the whole week. She still holds to this version and informed our correspondent about it again in an interview. Furthermore, Ms. Rybina added that the matter concerning the seals’ removal from office doors was progressing and the operator would perhaps return to the work place next day, on October the 28th. She did not specify the time, though, noting that the matter concerning the opening of the premises was not yet finally agreed upon.
   On the other hand, BANKO received a call from an anonymous source who told a BANKO journalist that Albert Potapov was expected to appear in the office on Friday, October 28th, at 11 am.
