Intourist and Riviera Negotiate Joint Investments

   On February 13th BANKO published unofficial information about one of the largest Moscow tour operating companies – Intourist as it was supposed – that demonstrated interest in purchasing of assets of St. Petersburg travel company Riviera. Moreover, BANKO published the comments on the situation of the Head of Riviera, Vadim Lezhnin, who contested the above mentioned version and said that he banked on the present alliance of his company with TUI Mostravel Russia.
   The publication led to strongly divided opinion and Lezhnin contacted BANKO Information Service to clear up a point: ‘Last week we negotiated the possibility of joint investments into hotel and restaurant complex in Peterhof (Petrodvorets) with Intourist but it has nothing to do with assets sale’.
