Accredited or not?

   On January 26th at 12 a.m. General Director Deputy of UTE-M Travel Company, Vladimir Jebel, will start an on-line conference on the forum on www.tourdom.ru.
The main questions to be answered are the following: Why do many travel agencies want to be accredited by foreign consulates? Is it difficult to receive accreditation and what is required for the procedure of accreditation? Is it possible that a consulate denies a request for accreditation and why?
